Our Managed open source service combines software as a service and application service provision into a end to end managed open source solution service. Our Managed service includes server hardware, burstable scalability, security, configuration management, application management, patch management, monitoring and management.
By eliminating the need to install and run the application on your own computer, we alleviate the burden of software maintenance, ongoing operation, and support. Our managed service will also significantly reduce CAPEX.
Our Managed Service is offered on a 6, 12 & 24 month agreement. The Managed Open Source Service differs from Open Source on demand in that is allows for application customisation and integration with third party systems. Our On Demand service only supports stand alone installs and doesn't support third party modules and customisations. In addition we do not currently offer an SLA on our On Demand service.
